Our manufacturing client just 20 minutes north of Barrie, ON in the mining industry is seeking a Millwright Mechanicto join their team. If you have worked in a heavy industrial environment and want to join a growing team, then read on!

Job Title: MIllwright

Location: 20 minutes north of Barrie

Pay Range: $44.99/hr

Shift Premiums: $1.15 & $1.40/hr (3 shift biweekly rotation)

Perks: full company-paid benefits, pension match to 6% + 3% additional contribution, vacation, OT after 8hrs

What’s the Job?

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, assist trades, and operate tools/equipment as required.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and report defective parts or equipment issues promptly.
• Accurately manage work orders, supplies, and stock levels to minimize downtime.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, etc.) to support maintenance and repair activities.

What’s Needed?
