This leadership position is responsible for supporting all strategic endeavors across the International business unit, including but not limited to: development and delivery of strategic growth plans, leadership of select vertical market growth/transformation strategies, competitive analyses, strategy and planning coordination with internal business partners, development of board materials and other executive communications, participation in M&A due diligence and integration, and ongoing business management such as facilitating business reviews for the International President.

We are seeking a Director - Strategy and Planning for our International business. The role is ideally based in the Central / Eastern Standard time zones (Chicago / Bogota / Sao Paulo / Toronto) with location flexibility within markets where TransUnion has an office. TransUnion is experiencing significant expansion, including entry into new markets and launching new initiatives, leveraging capabilities from acquisitions (Neustar, Argus, Sontiq). The Strategy and Planning team collaborates with senior leaders across regions and verticals, as well as cross-functional groups (Solutions, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, Marketing), to develop business plans and strategies for existing and emerging markets.
