The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Specialist to join our tax team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

You will be part of the tax team responsible for managing the tax compliance of Airbus' Canadian entities and will collaborate with the global tax team on various projects.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Specialist, Taxation will be to prepare income tax and information returns for Canadian corporations, establish tax provisions, and support business units in tax optimization.

  • In collaboration with the Head of tax and Tax Manager and work with the business units to improve and automate existing processes
  • Work closely with the Head of Tax and Tax Manager on special projects, R&D, reorganizations, transfer pricing, and international tax matters, as required.
  • Support the team in performing various research, drafting tax memos and provide internal tax training to colleagues in various departments.
  • Keep up to date with changes in laws, decisions, regulations, judgments, and draft law relating to income and consumption taxes, analyze their repercussions, and develop the plan to achieve compliance objectives.
  • You have 3-5 years’ experience in tax compliance and reporting;
  • You hold a professional accounting designation and/or a master’s in taxation / In-Dept Tax programm;
  • You have effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and are concise, persuasive, diplomatic, an effective listener and well organized;
  • You are fluent in French and English, oral and written;

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un spécialiste pour rejoindre notre équipe de fiscalité basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe de fiscalité chargée de gérer la conformité fiscale des entités canadiennes d’Airbus et collaborerez avec l’équipe fiscale mondiale sur divers projets.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Spécialiste, Fiscalité sera de préparer les déclarations de revenus et de renseignements des sociétés canadiennes, d'établir les provisions fiscales et de supporter les unités d’affaires dans l'optimisation fiscale.

Vos défis:

  • Préparer, ou aider à la préparation, des déclarations de revenus des sociétés canadiennes des entités d'Airbus Canada ou d’autre entités d’Airbus au Canada;
  • Préparer toutes les déclarations de renseignements et les feuillets fiscaux, y compris les retenues d'impôt des non-résidents;
  • Préparer, ou assister à la préparation, des provisions fiscales pour toutes les entités canadiennes et collaborer avec le siège d'Airbus France et les auditeurs externes pour les demandes de fin de trimestre / exercice;
  • En collaboration avec le Chef, Fiscalité, prendre un rôle actif au niveau du support aux unités d’affaires et assister à l’optimisation des aspects fiscaux des transactions;
  • Gérer et/ou participer aux vérifications fiscales du groupe;
  • Assister les responsables de la fiscalité et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de fiscalité mondiale d'Airbus, la finance et d'autres partenaires commerciaux sur divers projets (comptabilité/reporting, contrôles internes et divers projets commerciaux);
  • Préparer ou examinez tous les rapprochements des comptes fiscaux (taxe à la consommation, taxe sur la valeur ajoutée, et impôt) des sociétés;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de la fiscalité sur des projets spéciaux, la R&D, les réorganisations, les prix de transfert et les questions de fiscalité internationale, au besoin;
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans la réalisation de diverses recherches, rédiger des mémos fiscaux et fournir des formations fiscales à différents départements internes.
  • Se tenir à jour des modifications de lois, décisions, règlements, jugements, et projet de loi relative à la fiscalité corporative et aux taxes à la consommation, analyser leurs répercussions, et élaborer le plan permettant d'atteindre les objectifs de conformité.

Votre profil:

  • Vous avez entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience dans la conformité et la déclaration fiscales;
  • Vous détenez un titre professionnel comptable (CPA) et / ou une maîtrise en fiscalité / In-Dept Tax programm;
  • Vous avez des compétences efficaces en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en présentation, et vous êtes concis, persuasif, diplomate, un auditeur efficace, bien organisé;
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, oral et écrit;
  • Vous êtes reconnu comme un joueur d'équipe;
  • Vous avez de l’expérience en taxes indirectes et / ou en fiscalité internationale est un atout;
  • Vous avez de solides compétences MS Excel et une connaissance de SAP, TaxPrep et d'autres logiciels de comptabilité est un atout.
