About The Role

This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on digital marketing, offering hands-on experience in social media, email campaigns, and brand content. What You’ll Do

  • Create marketing content—Design flyers, email campaigns, and digital/print materials that drive engagement and boost brand visibility.
  • Manage email communications—Write, schedule, and track customer and prospect emails.
  • Support social media—Help develop and schedule content, gather visuals, and track performance.
  • Launch new programs—Support marketing rollouts for Group Home & Auto programs with branded content.
  • Coordinate events—Assist with planning and execution of trade shows and conferences.
  • Maintain brand consistency—Ensure all materials align with HUB’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Track results—Help collect data from campaigns and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate across teams—Support ongoing marketing tasks and projects with the wider team.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 0–4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships/co-op welcome)
  • Basic design skills for digital and print content
  • Familiarity with social media strategy and platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with tools like SurveyMonkey, Dynamics, InDesign, or Photoshop is a plus
  • Great communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • A creative mindset and a passion for learning
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • A team player who’s also self-motivated
