Job summary
A leading insurance brokerage firm in Canada is seeking a Team Manager to lead a distributed team and enhance client experiences. You will manage business development, drive coaching, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have a Level 2 Insurance License and significant experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
