Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Dorval is seeking an Advisor, Disability Management to oversee the management of claims with CNESST. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely processing of claims, providing necessary information for payroll while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and customer service. The ideal candidate has a DEC in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or nursing, five years experience in claim management, and is bilingual. Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in claim management.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
  • Basic medical knowledge (asset).

Responsibilities

  • Administrate follow-up of claims filed with CNESST;
  • Work with Medical Service, Human Resources, and union representatives;
  • Provide required information to Payroll department.
  • Ensure quality control of decisions made by CNESST.
  • Call for experts' advice for treatment and rehabilitation plans.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both official languages
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Customer service focus
Rigorous and detail oriented
Familiar with CNESST and wage loss insurance plans
Advanced computer skills

Education
