Assistant Project Manager Thermal Systems is an industrial insulation, building envelope, daylighting, and roofing maintenance sub-contractor operating across Western Canada. We are searching for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Industrial Project Team.

• Salary range of $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience.

• Estimate and assist in managing industrial insulation projects.
• Read and understand P&ID and ISO drawings.
• Collaborate with the project team to maintain project vision.
• Support the project manager by scheduling personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and other departments.
• Manage changes, costs, and client issues confidently, with support from the project manager.
• Promote and encourage a strong HSE culture and adherence to construction best practices.

• 2-3+ years of experience with industrial insulation projects.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge or exposure to control system software.
