Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments between 9 AM and 6 PM (some evenings and Saturdays required to accommodate homeowners)
• Follow the USA Insulation proven sales process (training and tools provided)
• Prepare accurate contracts, take required installation photos, and communicate key details to the install team
• Collect down payments
• Maintain relationships with previous customers and local contractors for potential referrals
• Visit job sites during installations as needed
• Participate in ongoing weekly training and team meetings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of previous sales experience preferred (but not required — we will train motivated individuals)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to confidently speak with homeowners
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to customer service
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel locally (more than 80% travel)

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with weekly commission payouts. Top performers typically earn between $100,000–$250,000 annually with no cap on earnings.
