Job summary
A premier lodge in Alberta seeks a Host Bell Person for Spring/Summer 2026. This full-time seasonal position involves welcoming guests, guiding tours, and providing personalized experiences. Ideal candidates are charismatic, service-oriented, and able to work in varying mountain weather. Successful candidates must hold a current Alberta Pro Serve Certification and have strong organizational skills. A commitment to delivering memorable experiences is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel front desk, interpretive guiding, or housekeeping appreciated.
- Ability to stand and work outside in varying mountain weather.
- Willingness to commit to a week-long training program for interpretive expertise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for guests and assist with check-in.
- Guide guests through tours on the Athabasca Glacier and Skywalk.
- Support front desk and housekeeping duties when needed.
