Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal (Spring/Summer 2026)

Shift: 8‑hour shift

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality every day to guests visiting from around the world.
• Provide guests with a 30‑minute guided tour covering geology, wildlife, glaciers, climate change and history.
• Engage in storytelling and guest interaction, creating memorable experiences.
• Serve as the welcoming face of the Skywalk, rotating through interpretive stations and presenting 10‑15‑minute sessions.
• Communicate with guests, anticipate needs, take photos, and ensure safety on the Skywalk.
• Act proactively on maintenance and safety concerns, reporting them promptly to the Manager and Supervisor.
• Perform daily operational tasks: load shuttle buses, provide audio tours, engage with the kids’ programme, way‑find, and manage guest flow.
• Share cleaning duties and maintain a high level of cleanliness across the attraction and facilities.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A passion for making a difference for each guest.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with groups of various sizes.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, guiding or customer service.
• Energetic, charismatic, and positive.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Proactive and eager to take on the next task.
• Excitement about living and working in a remote outdoor environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑based setting.
• Ability to stand and work outside in varying mountain weather conditions for the full duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Must meet Pursuit grooming and appearance standards.
• Class 5 Canadian driver’s licence (clean abstract) – asset but not required.
• Multi‑lingual skills – asset.
• Standard First‑Aid or higher – asset.
