Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform established cleaning duties on a daily basis for all guest and team member areas including staff accommodation and common areas.
• Keep emergency exits and hallways clear of debris.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and maintenance logs to ensure they are up to date.
• Maintain garbage collection areas and help facilitate an effective recycling program.
• Perform minor painting and plumbing duties.
• Ensure supply stock is adequate and well organized.
• Cardboard bailing and organization of building recycling.
• Assist other departments with retrieving supplies, daily set‑up, and closing duties.
• Assist with preventative maintenance according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Notify Facilities Supervisor on duty of any safety hazards or concerns.
• Answer guest questions regarding the Glacier Adventure and Glacier Skywalk.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Prepared for all season weather (snow, rain, wind, hail).
• Meet the organization's grooming and appearance standards.
• Consent to a criminal record check.
• Standard First‑Aid or higher an asset.
• Starting wage $20.00/hour.
