Job summary
A luxury resort in Jasper, Alberta seeks an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead store operations and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and retail management skills. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing staff, implementing pricing strategies, and conducting store audits. The role requires previous supervisory experience and legal eligibility to work in Canada. Bilingual abilities in English and Korean are preferred. Competitive pay at $22.00 per hour is offered.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Lead and develop store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Manage payroll and scheduling efficiently.
- Handle cash management and balancing registers.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular store audits for compliance.
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
