Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 7 months to less than 1 year of mass production experience in a food plant setting
• 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience lifting weights up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate in English

• Travel expenses paid by employer

• Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
• Remove filled containers from conveyors
• Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
• Feed and unload processing machines
• Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Prepare raw materials for mixing process
• Report information to supervisor
• Apply quality control procedure
• Make labels and attach to goods
• Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
• Package products

• Measure and mix raw ingredients precisely, following strict recipes and product specifications.
• Operate large-volume baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proof boxes with care and attention to safety.
• Assist producing the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake &/or other Pastries) based on orders received
• Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings &/or other Pastries), which may include but are not limited to: Dough mixing, cutting, rolling, laying, forming, filling, shaping, slicing, etc.
• Control fermentation and baking time and monitor the temperature of the Proofer and oven
• Ensure product quality, freshness, inventory level and wastage
• Pack and label final products for sale or distribution, ensuring that all packaging meets company standards for presentation and quality.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management immediately to prevent disruptions in production.
• Responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and tools after using and workplace safety of the production area
