Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and fruits as directed.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, and kitchen equipment.
• Empty waste bins and thoroughly clean garbage containers.
• Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies.
• Sweep and mop floors to support the kitchen team.
• Clear and clean tables and trays in the dining area.

Job description

Responsibilities include:

• Wash, peel, and prepare vegetables and fruits as directed.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, and kitchen equipment.
• Empty waste bins and thoroughly clean garbage containers.
• Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and designated storage areas.
• Sweep and mop floors and carry out other tasks to support the cook and kitchen team.
• Clear and clean tables and trays in the dining area.
• Transport clean dishes, cutlery, and other service items to serving stations and set tables as required.
• Refill condiments and replenish supplies at tables and in serving areas.
• Remove used dishes before, between, and after courses.
• Perform additional duties such as scraping and stacking dishes, moving linens to and from the laundry area, and running errands as needed.
