Job summary

A government organization in Terrace is seeking laborers for construction tasks requiring no prior experience, as training will be provided. Responsibilities include loading materials, mixing and spreading concrete and asphalt, assisting in house framing, and maintaining safety at construction sites. This role is on-site only, with no remote work options available.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Level earth to fine grade specifications.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
