Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Coordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify solutions. Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage and work processes. Prepare plan to maintain software. Upgrade and maintain software. Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
