Conduct performance reviews, studies to determine optimum inventory levels, evaluate industrial facilities, eliminate waste, design time studies, reliability studies, recommend improvements, prepare reports, develop plans, and lead working groups.
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct studies to determine optimum inventory levels and utilization of machinery and resources
- Evaluate or assess industrial facilities to ensure that all opportunities for improvement have been explored
- Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes
- Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs
- Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Prepare and submit reports
- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering)
- Experience: 5+ years in plant engineering or related role
- Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
- Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvement, production systems
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, initiative, flexibility, reliability skills
- Food processing industry
- Fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines
