A technology company in Canada is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to assist developers with technical issues related to APIs and SDKs. The role requires 3+ years of experience in technical support or software engineering, strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, and excellent communication abilities. This position will help enhance developers' onboarding and integration experiences and offers significant influence over the product and customer interaction from the outset.
As a Developer Support Engineer at Privy, you will be a key technical point of contact for our customers, helping developers troubleshoot integration issues, resolve technical questions, and get the most out of our platform. You will reduce friction in the developer experience, partner closely with engineering and product teams to advocate for customer needs, and contribute to resources that empower developers to succeed independently.
Customer obsession is a core part of Privy’s culture. You’ll work alongside fellow engineers, product managers, and forward-deployed engineers to ensure developers are unblocked and supported quickly and effectively.
We’re committed to creating developer tools that turn complex systems into beautiful, intuitive experiences. As a Developer Support Engineer at Privy, you shape how developers interact with Privy at every touchpoint, and have a tangible impact on our product and customer experience from day one.
At Privy, you’ll be part of a small, high-caliber team that values shipping fast, learning from customers, and maintaining a strong culture of craft and ownership. We work closely with some of the most exciting teams in web3 and fintech — and we’re still early, so you’ll help define our approach to developer success for years to come.
Privy is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees, regardless of background, identity, or status.
