• 3+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising operations staff.
• Deep understanding of card payments concepts including authorization and settlement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a card payment operations team, defining KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
• Manage complex card payment support and escalations.
• Provide thought leadership integrating best practices.
• Generate and present performance reports to management.
• Support the success of the Card line of business.
