Job summary
A leading facility management provider in Grande Prairie is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor II to manage and oversee cleaning operations. This role involves leading site supervisors, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing inventory, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of cleaning supervisory experience and strong communication and organizational skills. The position may require flexibility for overtime, nights, and weekends, ensuring an effective cleaning service is consistently delivered.
Qualifications
- Experience managing and motivating workforce teams.
- 1-3 years of cleaning supervisory experience.
- Flexible and willing attitude to working hours including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site supervisors and ensure high standards of cleaning services.
