A community service provider in Hamilton, Ontario seeks a Supervisor for winter operations. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling projects while supervising crews to ensure safety and timely task completion. Candidates must have a high school diploma, experience as a crew supervisor, and a valid DZ driver's license. This position offers a fast-paced work environment outdoors in all weather, requiring physical capability and emergency response availability.
Position Summary
This role completes winter operations by planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. The position reports to the Patrol Supervisor and Operations manager in the Supervisor’s absence and will supervise crew in completing the project, ensuring safety and timely completion of tasks.
