A premium railroad company in Brampton is looking for a motivated individual to assist Heavy Equipment Operators and perform essential yard operations. Responsibilities include guiding equipment, driving trucks, and ensuring proper container placement on railcars. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and skills in teamwork. This position involves physical tasks and requires adaptability to various working conditions, including outdoor work in different environments.

The incumbent receives 40 hours of paid training (classroom training and 120 hours of on‑the‑job training). This position is a unionized position. As such, pay and benefits are governed by the applicable collective agreement.
