As a Food Safety Team Member, you will join the leader in food safety solutions! This is an entry-level position with structured training that offers opportunities for career growth. We provide weekly pay, full benefits, and bonus opportunities. You must be 18 or older to apply.

You will start as a trainee, learning to clean and sanitize plants while following all food safety policies. We will teach you how to stay safe and effective on the job.

This role helps you develop life skills and become part of a unique, family-like culture committed to protecting America’s food supply.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing the verified 8-Step Sanitation process
• Physical activities like lifting, pushing, and pulling sanitation equipment
• Working with sanitation chemicals (training provided)
• Following safety protocols (training provided)
• Working in wet, hot, or cold environments (gear provided)
