The Role
BGC is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Fredericton Team on a part time, temporary basis. This is an office-based role with some schedule flexibility, ideal for someone seeking short-term employment through the beginning of October. We are expecting a minimum of approximately 25 hours of work per week.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who values teamwork, takes initiative, and takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative needs and collaborating with your fellow administrative teammates across BGC. Reporting to Fredericton’s Senior Office Administrator and the Fredericton Office Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment alongside our Engineers, Geoscientists, and other BGC teams.
