***This is a hybrid working arrangement at our Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON location.***

About the role:

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact Producer Development programs, including the Junior Broker Training Program. You will ensure learning experiences are well-organized, engaging, and aligned with performance outcomes that drive business success. In partnership with the Senior Manager, Producer Development, you will support early-career talent through scalable processes, seamless session coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement.

This role requires a proactive mindset, precision in execution, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. You will work cross-functionally with facilitators, subject matter experts, business leaders, and HR partners to deliver programs that enhance capability, accelerate development, and contribute to measurable results.

In this role, you will:
  • Own program scheduling, invites, reminders, stakeholder readiness, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications.
  • Partner with facilitators, subject matter experts, and sales leaders to ensure they are prepared and supported for each session.
  • Facilitate or co‑facilitate webinars and virtual learning experiences with confidence and presence.
  • Manage key program moments including networking events and graduation.
  • Maintain all program resources including playbooks, SOPs, OnDemand learning, learner communications, Hub pages, surveys, progress reports, and assessments.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for participants, stakeholders, and leadership, providing timely, clear, and proactive communication.
  • Produce high-quality program communications including wide-audience emails and leadership updates.
  • Consolidate learner progress data and provide actionable reporting to support accountability and decision‑making.
  • Use feedback and program metrics to inform process updates and reduce friction for both learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early and propose recommendations before issues impact delivery.
  • Refresh existing enablement resources to maintain relevance and consistency over time.
  • Maintain a detailed work plan with timelines, dependencies, and milestones for each cohort.
  • Leverage coordinator support through clear task handoff, documentation, and follow‑through.
What you bring:
  • 3-5 years experience in learning & development, sales enablement, and program operations
  • Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage programs, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of error‑free deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high comfort presenting to leaders.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and platforms like Workday Learning or similar.
