Position Overview

This is a senior delivery role. You will independently lead complex enterprise implementations, handle demanding clients, and set the bar for how implementation is done at NetBenefit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for enterprise clients with minimal oversight
• Act as implementation project manager handling timeline, risks, scope, etc.
• Configure the NetBenefit platform to client requirements and industry context
• Train client users and administrators
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Produce clear documentation of configurations, decisions, and client-specific workflows
• Help define and improve NetBenefit’s implementation standards and practices

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering enterprise software implementations
• Proven ability to run complex projects independently
• Strong client presence. You can build confidence and manage conflict
• Comfortable saying no when required to protect outcomes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Able to juggle multiple implementations without quality slipping
• Experience mentoring or managing people is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
