A leading telecommunications company is seeking an Executive / Administrative Assistant in Montreal to support the Director of Pension and Benefits and other Directors. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
