The Executive / Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, Pension and Benefits and approximately four Directors, including their respective teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
