A leading financial institution in Ontario seeks a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service and financial solutions to clients. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, welcoming clients, and collaborating with bank partners for optimal customer experience. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service or sales, a willingness to obtain investment product registration, and strong interpersonal skills. Opportunities for training and growth are provided.
Must have IFIC, willing to travel between Chatham and Sarnia. Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and through various channels with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
$34,750.00 – $51,800.00 (Salaried). The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
