A leading automotive manufacturer in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Process Coach to lead floor operations, ensuring safety and productivity on the production line. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with unionized workforces, and strong problem-solving skills. This role demands shift flexibility and the ability to work independently, directly influencing operational performance in a dynamic environment.
Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in production lines.
- Experience supervising a unionized workforce.
- Shift availability is required.
Responsabilidades
- Coach team members on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Optimize production throughput to meet budget objectives.
- Monitor ANDON occurrences and respond to issues.
