IT Systems Infrastructure Architect (REMOTE)

Role and Responsibilities :

• Offer guidance and support to ensure seamless integration of systems, data flow, and infrastructure, aligning with evolving business needs.
• Design high-level system architecture across diverse work streams, providing technical support as needed.
• Evaluate capital construction plans and documentation to ensure technical requirements are met for new construction, renovations, and retrofitting projects.
• Lead the deployment and maintenance of converged networks, security infrastructure, hybrid cloud architecture, and systems design.
• Collaborate with SMEs from various programs, maintaining professional standards.
• Research and identify solutions, providing expertise on technical architecture.
• Plan and implement cloud productivity solutions, staying aligned with industry trends.
• Provide exceptional client support, ensuring their needs are exceeded.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience as an IT Systems Architect.
• Over 7+ years of consulting experience, with ability to work independently and in teams.
• At least 5+ years of experience in capital construction projects and clinical systems.
• Educational background in Network and Information Systems Technology is preferred.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Expert in Cloud Platform & Infrastructure and Private Cloud are advantageous.
• Required certifications include CCNA Security, Routing and Switching, and CCNP Routing and Switching.
• Research-oriented approach to projects, with effective implementation of IS methodologies.
• Proficiency in wireless network architecture and secure network access control.
• Hands-on experience with converged networks, security infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and systems design.
• Ability to execute Microsoft 365 services and cloud strategies.
• Excellent client support skills, developed through practical experience.
• Experience with server and hosting infrastructure, virtualization, and systems design.
• Experience in Hyper-V cluster design, SAN storage, VMWare clusters, and related technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Additional skills in networks, communication, compliance, and best practices are beneficial.
• Experience in government and healthcare environments is an advantage.
