About the Role
Brookfield Renewable is seeking an initiative-taker Quality Assurance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience delivering QA activities following established methodologies, standards, and processes. The Quality Assurance Analyst will join our growing Business Services Group IT (BSG IT), reporting to the Manager of Integrated Solutions. This is a strategic role which will contribute to capital investment projects delivery to our North American business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: quality control for the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the ITSM module features; creating knowledge base documentation; creating QA documentation and artifacts including test plans and test cases; conducting QA planning, execution, and reporting; ensuring that testing adheres to audit standards; coordinating UAT activities across different teams; and producing end-user reference documentation.
