ABOUT THE ROLE

Working alongside our CEO, you will play a key part in growing New School. We are looking for someone who obsesses over the details and loves building connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize daily schedule for CEO.
• Prepare and share materials ahead of meetings; including presentation decks, briefs, and other communications as needed.
• Own meeting follow-up actions and ensure timely delivery.
• Establish ongoing communication with partners, investors, stakeholders, etc.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in administration, operations, logistics, sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is a necessity.
• Superb organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in startups or restaurants is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is based in-office at our Toronto, Canada HQ.
