County Curated is a boutique property management company located in Prince Edward County that curates spaces to both exemplify the area and create unforgettable guest experiences. Meticulously managed and thoughtfully decorated, each PEC rental property under the County Curated umbrella offers the feeling of a boutique hotel with the promise of reliable, premium quality in the details. County Curated is currently looking for a Property Management Assistant to add to their team

Responsibilities:

Assist with general property maintenance and minor repairs (indoors and outdoors)

Clean and maintain property exteriors including light landscaping, seasonal cleanup, screen replacements, and minor assembly tasks (e.g., putting together furniture)

Perform light groundwork including mowing lawns, removing debris, and maintaining landscaping features

Support property inspections by identifying needs, safety concerns, and potential issues

Respond to occasional evening calls for emergency deliveries or urgent issues

Assist with equipment upkeep and basic construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or landscaping considered an asset

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude

Availability for occasional evening/emergency call-outs
