Aritzia is growing and our Corporate Finance team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for strengthening financial results by effectively managing Aritzia's financial assets and providing senior leadership with the required information and analysis to make informed business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in enabling Aritzia's strong financial position by executing financial planning, management and reporting while also assisting with business development and investor relations. • Proactively maximize Aritzia's overall financial performance and support smart spending through informed and fact-based business decisions
• Drive the short and long term financial corporate plan in alignment with corporate objectives and strategies
• Provide the business with visibility into corporate and departmental performance with relevant and timely financial results
• Accelerate financial, brand, culture, and operational objectives by efficiently acquiring new businesses or strategic partnerships
• Provide Investor Relations with a comprehensive understanding of investor and analyst expectations of Aritzia's financial performance and outlook
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
  • Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
  • Knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
  • Building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
