We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in a temporary, part-time capacity. This role supports key administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth day-to-day processes. Duties
  • Clerical support performing various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying and scanning documents
  • Order entry to invoicing customers, including verification of pricing
  • Creation and delivery of final shipping documentation for customers within 24 hours
Requirements
  • MS Office proficient, specifically use of Excel
  • High accuracy in data entry is crucial
  • Bookkeeping/ accounting background would be an asset
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Able to work within high priority timelines
  • Understanding of customer billing would be an asset (order entry to invoicing)
  • Able to take direction as well as work independently at times
Pay

Hourly $24.00

Temporary Part Time/ Casual (2-3 months in duration expected)
