Clear Hills Youth Treatment Centre (CHYTC) is inviting applications for a Full-Time Youth Support Worker. CHYTC is seeking a self-motivated, highly experienced individual to fulfill the role of Youth Support Worker. This is a meaningful opportunity to support youth ages 12–17 on their healing journey, with a focus on recovery, wellness, and cultural reconnection.
Youth come to our program from across Canada, and as part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide guidance, supervision, and encouragement in a supportive, holistic environment.

CHYTC is a treatment centre that supports up to 10 youth at a time, located 5 minutes from Hythe, Alberta, and approximately 40 minutes from Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Our program integrates cultural recognition, ceremony, traditional practices, education, life skills, family involvement, and land-based teachings. CHYTC values collaboration, open communication, and aligns our work with the Seven Sacred Teachings and the Four Laws.
