Next Gen Pastor - Valley Worship Assembly

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Youth Ministry: Plan, organize, and lead bi-monthly Youth Ministry gatherings. Build and empower a youth leadership team to create a welcoming and engaging environment for teens.
• Oversee Kids Ministry: Coordinate our Sunday morning Kids Ministry by recruiting, training, and supporting a team of volunteers to serve our growing number of children.
• Discipleship: Invest relationally and spiritually in the children and youth who call Valley Church home, helping them follow Jesus and develop a faith that lasts.
• Family Support: Partner with parents to equip and support them in raising their children to know and love Jesus.
• Plan Outreach Events: Organize quarterly events for children, youth, and families to connect with the wider community and share the love of Jesus.
• Cultural Engagement: Understand the culture of our church and community and find ways to engage in the broader community.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor: Meet regularly with the Lead Pastor and assist with church-wide responsibilities and leadership as needed.
