Good news: our client in Laval, operating in the furniture industry, is looking for warehouse laborers.This position is a great entry point — with motivation and strong performance, you could move up to order picker, forklift operator, or even team leader.A manager is on-site to guide and support your growth.

Tasks
  • Manually load and unload goods, ensuring the safety and integrity of products during receiving and shipping operations.
  • Handle warehouse items, ensuring their organization and storage in the appropriate areas to optimize space and efficiency.
  • Use a barcode scanner to prepare orders, following a list of products to be scanned, similar to a shopping cart, to ensure the accuracy and correctness of each order before shipping.
  • Use both electric and manual pallet jacks to efficiently move goods throughout the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
  • Perform all other related tasks, supporting warehouse operations as needed, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Job requirements
  • Warehouse experience (an asset).
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle loads (often up to 50 lbs).
