Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for ensuring company directed visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards are brought to life. This role executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests' (i.e., customers) experiences. The Visual Merchandising Specialist implements key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell-through strategies by managing merchandise changes as well as product display and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and adapted to the individual store need. They also deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor.

Résumé du poste Le ou la spécialiste du marchandisage visuel est responsable de veiller à ce que les stratégies de marchandisage visuel (MV) données par l'entreprise soient concrétisées et que les normes soient suivies. Le ou la titulaire du poste exécute la présentation des produits, le style et les éléments de marketing en magasin pour optimiser l'expérience-invité (c.-à-d. l'expérience-client). Le ou la spécialiste de marchandisage visuel réalise les mises en récit clés des produits, les stratégies de placement de produits et les stratégies d'écoulement des stocks en gérant les changements liés à la marchandise ainsi que la présentation des produits et des mannequins, conformément aux normes de l'entreprise et aux besoins propres au magasin. Il ou elle offre également une expérience-invité de classe mondiale sur le plancher.

Base Pay Range: $22.25 - $25.60/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.25 - $27.60/hour
