A tourism organization in Banff seeks a Visitor Experience Specialist to engage with visitors across multiple channels. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and local knowledge of Banff and Lake Louise. As a Visitor Experience Specialist, you will engage with visitors across multiple channels including in-person, over the phone, and on LiveChat. Visitors will look to you for trip planning advice and recommendations to enhance their stay in Banff National Park.
