Purpose of the Role

• Drive operational excellence, ensure superior customer service, and maintain the highest standards of quality across all functions.
• Balance day-to-day operations with long-term performance goals, manage financial outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic leadership to optimize resource utilization and support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and creative problem-solving to enhance processes.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to execute long-term performance goals and support infrastructure investments.

Operations Management: Oversee production, scheduling, order entry, and customer service functions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally in paper, packaging, or materials.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities and complex supply chains.
• Expertise in capital projects, automation, and engineering improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
