Overview

We're seeking a dynamic VP of Sales to join our client's team in the GTA. As a VP of Sales, you'll lead the company’s national sales efforts, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer relationships.

  • Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 / year
  • Job Type / Shift: Permanent

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a scalable, high-performing sales team across regions and sales channels.
  • Grow and enhance a robust national distribution and contractor network to maximize product reach and customer access.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across the HVAC value chain, including trade professionals, distribution networks, and construction stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives.
  • Design sales incentive programs, monitor key performance metrics, generate forecasts, and report results to executive leadership.
What We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role within the HVAC sector.
  • Proven success in building and leading sales teams and developing channel performance across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, supply chain, and B2B channel operations.
