Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through partnerships
- Lead negotiations and manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach to execution
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably within enterprise software
- 10+ years of team leadership and management experience, including engagement at the executive level
- Proven ability to build and scale successful partner programs that drive revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring complex partnership agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- JD or industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong network and experience within industry partners
- Experience with technology or software companies
- Familiarity with partnership management tools, such as partnership relationship management (PRM) software
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
