Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through partnerships
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from outreach to execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development, preferably within enterprise software
  • 10+ years of team leadership and management experience, including engagement at the executive level
  • Proven ability to build and scale successful partner programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring complex partnership agreements
Preferred Qualifications
  • JD or industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong network and experience within industry partners
  • Experience with technology or software companies
  • Familiarity with partnership management tools, such as partnership relationship management (PRM) software
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
