About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award‑winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

• You will work with business and technology teams to understand and design data products
• Construct KPIs and metrics to identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technological solutions
• Promote prioritization of strategic product decisions through data insights
• Influence and guide technology, project management, and operations teams toward data‑driven solutions
• Champion data best practices and organizational data literacy on cross‑team collaborations
• Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
• Transform the high‑level vision and requirements defined in collaboration with Product Managers into detailed user stories that align with business objectives
• Work with development teams to identify, define, and organize the steps required to deliver each iteration
• Create and maintain extensive documentation to help scale self‑service knowledge dissemination
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct data analyses
• Model data by writing SQL queries/Python codes to support data integration and reporting requirements
• Leverage and contribute to design/building relational database schemas for analytics. Handle and manipulate data in various structures and repositories (data cube, data mart, data warehouse, data lake)
• Create scripts to analyze and modify data, import/export scripts, and execute stored procedures
• Maintain and develop expertise to keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
• Manage expectations of senior management and stakeholders, facilitate steering committees, and provide regular status reports

Qualifications

• You have 7‑10 years of hands‑on experience in business analysis, documentation, and product management.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python
• Experience with Databricks, API‑forward products, Qlik, or Power BI is an advantage
• Collaborates effectively with individuals of varying technical ability and business acumen
• Learns quickly and thrives in a fast moving, dynamic atmosphere
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi‑task
• Knowledge of alternative investments and financial services industry
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology as it relates to the software development lifecycle
