Veterinary Reception, Client Care | Location: Vancouver, BC

Yaletown Pet Hospital is currently welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception, Client Care to join our team.

CSR Role: Our focus is on offering the best quality care for our patients and top-notch customer service for our clients. Their duties include (but are not limited to): managing a multi-doctor schedule, handling all client communications, triaging emergencies, liaising between the client and each department to foster a compassionate practice-to-patient bond, providing education tips and resources to clients, assisting with nutrition and diet selections, and being responsible for all administrative duties like collecting and scanning records. They are bright, tech savvy, multi-tasking unicorns that aim to go above and beyond for clients and coworkers.

Compensation: $17.85 to $25.00 per hour. The hourly rate range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
