  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently while managing the clinic's calendar.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the system.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Assist in laboratory tasks as needed, including sample collection and preparation.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
Experience
  • Previous experience within a veterinary setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
