2. Prepare and cook complete meals or specialty foods
3. Estimate food requirements, food costs, and labor costs
4. Plan menus and ensure foods meet quality standards
5. Supervise activities of cooks and other kitchen staff
6. Arrange for the purchase and repair of cooking equipment
7. Involve in hiring and training of new kitchen staff

Job Requirements:
