Growing truss manufacturer is looking to hire a Truss Plant Production Lead to guide daily production operations within a modern manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly supervising a team of skilled workers in each area of the plant, ensuring daily production volumes and product quality standards are met, while ensuring all flow through the plant is efficient, on time and properly documented. This role requires a strong understanding of wooden roof trusses, roof truss building processes, and the ability to effectively utilize various truss tools and automated saw and press machinery.
