Overview

Autism Independent Living Association (AiLA), a non-profit charity in Edmonton with a mission to support autistic adults in their journey to independence, is looking for a Chartered Professional Accountant to join our board of directors.

While our primary goal is to have a financial professional fill the role of treasurer, we’re also happy if the successful candidate is interested in being a Director at Large, should they not be willing to fill the treasurer position at this time.

Role notes

• The primary goal is to fill the treasurer role. The candidate may also serve as a Director at Large if not willing to serve as treasurer.

Engagement and timing

AiLA’s AGM and election is happening in the fall. We warmly invite interested candidates to attend at least one monthly board meeting and come to one of our social events to meet our members and learn more about our organization, before the fall election.
